2,480 pre-enlistees who are due for enlistment in May, will not need to physically report for BMT, as SAF has extended its suspension of BMT because of the extended CB.
Affected pre-enlistees will be updated on their changed scheduled dates.
Approximately 6,250 recruits are affected by the BMT suspension. However, rest assured as MINDEF will adjust their training so that their ORD will not be affected.
