If you drive past Changi airport, you will see Scoot planes lined up neatly next to one another. Although that picture looks very satisfying, that means there are very few flights now.

With so little traffic, Changi Airport Group has announced that they will be closing Terminal 4 temporarily from 16 May 2020.
This news comes weeks after it was announced that Terminal 2 will close for extensive renovation.
All flights will be rescheduled to Terminals 1 and 3.
Changi Airport Group mentioned that they plan to optimise their resources during this trying times.
What’s going to happen to the stores in Terminal 4
Stores and F&B outlets are also scheduled to suspend operations. As for the T4 shuttle bus connection from T3, vehicles will stop plying the route until Terminal 4 reopens.
What about Cathay Pacific?
Cathay Pacific, whose main base of operations is in Terminal 4 will move back to Terminal 1.
