On 27 June, 94 cats were rescued from a cat hoarder/breeder in Sengkang.

Their living conditions were dire and many were suffering from cat flu, wounds and disabilities.

Over the weeks, volunteers from “Saving the Siamese” and the Cat Welfare Society (CWS) have been working hard to nurse them back to health.

Here is the rescue operation:

Cat Cafe Neko no Niwa has graciously organised a mini-bazaar to raise funds required for their medical and housing upkeep.

Coupon parking on Circular Rd, or per entry parking at UOB Plaza and OCBC Chulia St.

Raffles Place Exit G (7 mins)
Clarke Quay Exit E (7 mins)

Cash only. Small change (eg. $2, $5 & $10) will be very helpful.

Large denominations are welcomed for the donation boxes.

Pets and children are welcomed to the bazaar which is on the ground floor.

However, please note that pets will not be allowed into Cat Cafe Neko no Niwa and children must be at least 7 years old for entry into the cat space.

Children 7 to 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult inside the cat space.

If you wish to enter the Cat Cafe, reservation has to be made in advance @6536 5319.

Saving The Siameses have received bulk food sponsorship and they are on specific brands of food, so we WILL NOT be collecting cat food on event day.

Cash donation would be most useful for them right now as many require medical attention and hospitalisation; all of them require sterilisation and indefinite boarding.
