The MICHELIN Guide Street Food Festival is back again! This time bringing in more big names and tasty treats.
This time round, it will be held from 30 Mar to 1 Apr 2018, at The Coliseum, Resort World Sentosa.
This year, they are bringing to you even more Michelin Star restaurants from across Singapore.
A total of 15 establishments, will be showcasing their skills in preparing our local street food in the Michelin quality.
Let us show you how great they actually are!
- Joël Robuchon Restaurant
Joël Robuchon Restaurant is currently the only restaurant in Singapore that the 3 Michelin Star honour.
The price for dining with them usually cost upwards of a few hundred dollars on a meal for two.
During this event, they are prepared to serve you their specially made premium confections, letting you steal it away for less than $10!
2. Song of India
Song of India is a 1 Michelin Star restaurant serving Indian based delicacies.
As the only Indian food based restaurant in line for this year’s Michelin Guide, they sure have a lot to show for themselves.
They are prepared to bring you the best curry you have ever tasted in your entire life, at a fraction of the cost.
3. Liao Fan Hawker Chan
This 1 Michelin Star restaurant was actually praised by Ex-President Obama for their quality of food, enough said right?
The Michelin Star Chef Chan Hon Meng, will personally be there to serve you the most delicious chicken rice you will ever taste!
4. Man Man Unagi
Michelin Star Chef Teppei Yamashita started ManMan Unagi years ago, and it quickly rose to fame with its incredibly mouthwatering grilled Unagi meals.
Queues were insane, every day, outside of his store.
This time its no different, as the chef is coming to demonstrate how good a GOOD Unagi meal tastes like.
5. A Noodle Story
A Noodle Story was famous for their signature noodle dishes, and people are actually willing to travel across Singapore to just have a taste of their noodles.
Served with tamago and other carefully prepared items, you can never taste your usual “nice” Bah Chor Mee the same again!
6. Maguro-Donya Miuramisakikou Sushi
Maguro-Donya Miuramisakikou only buys their fishes from the top quality distributors from Japan, importing the highest grade of raw fish you can find in Singapore.
This time, Chef Souki Watanabe will serve you his signature Sashimi Donburi.
7. Wah Kee Big Prawn Noodle
With 65-year of history behind their brand, they are certainly going to present their best prawn noodle dishes around.
8. New Ubin Seafood
Through their many years serving many’s favourites, New Ubin Seafood will be offering their delicious Chilli Crab and Fried Bun.
9. 叉 Char
For the roasted pork lovers, your day has come. This Michelin Star restaurant is no doubt serving the best roasted pork (shao rou) you will ever find in town.
Learned from the best in Hong Kong, Chef Xie Zhiliang will use his 20 years of experience in Cantonese delicacies to bring your taste buds to heaven.
10. The Blue Ginger Restaurant
This Nonya style restaurant is bringing their signature durian desert to your table, watch out, durian lovers!
11. Bismillah Biryani
For those with bigger appetites, you can never miss this beautifully cooked briyani chicken and rice set, that is steamed to perfection.
12. 168 CMY Satay
Famed for their satays, they will surely bring all satay lovers to their knees.
13. Keng Eng Kee
The Keng Eng Kee’s Star Chef Lau Kim Wee, will bring their signature dish of fish skins and many others, to those people who love Hainanese food.
14. Zhong Guo La Mian Xiao Long Bao
Located in the center of China Town, the restaurant serves the one of the best authentic Xiao Long Bao in town.
The Hong Kong food lovers should never miss this.
15. Traditional Haig Road Putu Piring
After you have eaten all those things above, its time for your dessert stomach to step in.
This traditional Malay putu piring will fill your second stomach in no time, leaving no regrets at all.
