Multiple roads and lanes will be closed in the vicinity of Chinatown from 13-16 Feb for Chinese New Year Countdown Celebrations 2018.
The Singapore Police Force (SPF) announced the finalised road closures in a news release earlier today (13 Feb).
The roads and lanes that will be closed are as follows:
Additionally, Mosque Street will be converted into a 2-way road from 5pm on 15 February 2018 to 3am on 16 February 2018.
Access to the closed roads will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles.
Auxiliary Police officers will be deployed along the affected roads to assist and direct motorists.
The SPF has emphasised that parking restrictions would be strictly enforced, and vehicles that cause obstruction along the roads during the period will be towed away.
