This is the season to be jolly but the folks at Gardens by the Bay have gone the extra mile and made it even more delightful with a few cute friends. Poinsettia Wishes Featuring Disney Tsum Tsum is the attraction’s festive floral display. Over 40 Tsum Tsum characters will be stacked, hidden and reveling among over 8,000 poinsettia flowers of varying varieties, colours and cool names such as ‘Mars Marble’ and ‘Princettia Pure White’. But what’s Christmas without Christmas berries, holly and coniferous trees (including a 13m-high Christmas tree!)? Here’s what else you can expect at this bloomin’ shindig.
Your journey kicks off at the entrance with the Tsum Tsum characters who come bearing gifts…and a few who stack themselves atop snow sculptures. Why would you wanna build a snowman when you can be one?
Bauble bauble, toil and trouble
Mickey and pals try their hand at DIY by painting their own Christmas baubles.
Poinsettia Wishes took about seven months to plan and 10 days to set up. The most challenging part, we hear, was ensuring the poinsettia flowers, which are very soft and brittle, do not get damaged during set-up.

Take your pix.
Needless to say, there are plenty of photo opps here. You won’t sweat over it, though — temperatures in the Flower Dome are maintained between 16°C to 22°C during this period. The dome is coldest during cherry blossoms season earlier in the year, when temperatures hover around 14°C..

Preen and pose in this photo box, which lights up and has Christmas songs playing in the background.
Now this is a Christmas tree we’d like to have at home.
